Mine was already built though, and I haven't taken the motor apart yet so I'm not 100% sure of all that has been done to it. I posted an idling clip over in my "My new toy" thread.

I actually am thinking more and more of buying a built 351W. It'll bolt right up, and from the sounds of it nothing else is needed really. So should be an easy swap.

Usually I think heads just make it louder, not usually a change in sound too much, just volume.
