I'd go with the C&L intake, that thing has shown some nice gains all through the powerband. As far as headers unless your going with F/I immediately, I wouldn't worry about getting the long tubes, as they really don't show that much of difference over the shorties. Maybe a few extra ponies, but...

He still needs to pass inspection though, so I'd just get short or mid length headers (plus clearance issues are big around here with these shitty roads lol), and some nice cams, like Comp Cams with a custom grind or similar brand. I think he already has gears.

+1 Cams will get you there Brett. And for a lot less lol. Also maybe some nice new heads, and an intake. And around the same cost as blower. More bragging rights too lmao.

Best bang for your buck is probably Vortech, but as stated it depends on your power goals, budget, etc. ProCharger is real nice, but a little more costly. And if you go roots or twin screw style then Whipple or Kenne Bell are both great as well.

Sure have. I honestly liked their fitment even better than that of the Borla's and I had thought Borla had amazing fitment. So for the price difference SLP's really were worth it. Without cats I just think they would've been too loud, otherwise they sounded very mean.

I loved the Borla Singers on my 02 GT, but on my 06 GT I thought they were too quiet. So on my 2011 I had opted for SLP's which sounded awesome. They are very loud though and I wouldn't recommend them without cats.
