The messed up thing is the shaker system on the car is only 10 months old w/ under 1,000 miles on it. Now it's not going to be functional :smash: Oh well, it'll still look cool I guess.

How's your build going?

What type / weight oil do you guys with superchargers recommend I use on my 2002 GT w/ Vortech SQ trim? The blower isn't installed yet but I'm going to be picking up all the materials this weekend and was wondering what type / weight oil to get. I've been using Mobile 1 (puts on flame suit)...

I would just try to wash them real good and use chrome polish if they aren't the stock tips. Try the steel wool if they are, it'll work.

There was surface rust but not much. I've since sanded them with fine sandpaper, rubbed with steel wool, and polished again and my stock tips look chrome.
