Most of the 99-01 parts can't be ordered. They are interchangeable with 03/04 Cobra parts anyway as its the same motor just different internals, a blower, 6 speed, and stronger rear.

They will still do it. It'd probably be the 03-04 cobra intake and exhaust though according to my buddy who works at Nemer. And the computer is more of a revampping the computer that's already in it.
