Hmm, is there any strange noises? Is the engine stuttering or does it just feel like it's being held back? You have a very broad description.

Magnaflow is big on that, they mellow out at cruising speeds but it still has a nice rumble. Once you get on it, you really hear it.

If you want it louder, invest in a catback as well. As a whole, the factory exhaust system is VERY restrictive and quiet.

There are a few variables. Is it mostly stock motor wise? What mufflers/cat back do you have on it?

The stock h pipe on atleast the GT's were VERY restrictive but I'm sure the Cobras were a bit better.(not too much though) It will definitely make it louder. X pipes are more raspy and exotic sounding and h pipes are more deeper and mucle car sounding. Headers it self won't make a huge...

Mine makes that annoying beep(sort of like a back up alarm now and then. I never bothered to look take it off though, It usually is only on for about 15-20 seconds.:idk:
