yea that was my next go at it ... another ? what to use after i get them looking good. i dont want to keep polishing them evey other day

just got these rims ..center lines they are a little rough shape. but im polishing them and they are comeing out good except the round little rivit looking things all around it .. same thing but 4 lug...so my ? is there a way or trick/tool to get them to polish up around them .. thanks...
